Pre-interview
In this round, we check upon the candidates' suitability via basic information of vision, motivation, goals and plans for their future, along with background and language.
This round we check their communication skills, teamwork skills.

The objectives of this round are to educate mindset and understanding of EPs about the program and to set expectation between AIESEC and EPs.

Final Interview
We will evaluate these following skills and competencies: leadership, adaptibility, english communication and proactiveness to select most suitable candidates.
