Job Description
GC Online Promotion Project:
•Manage online channels to promote for GC
•Support OC offline promotion in designing materials and technical tasks in event
•Utilize channels of club partners and engage media in promotion campaigns
•In charge of attendance goal from online channels to event of OC Offline Promotion
•Showcase offline promotion activities as well as customer service for EPs
•Work as buddy after Recruitment


Job Description
GC Offline Promotion Project:
•Run offline promotion campaign in 3 key-markets of LC (FTU, HUFFLIT and OU) including:
- Booth setting in universities' campus - Club tour
- Events - Class talk
•Keep warm relationship with universities and ask for support for promotion in their campus
•Set partnership with clubs in 4 key-markets to utilize their support as well as for branding activities
•Run SRB and other special events (training for assessors,…)
•Work as buddy after Recruitment



Job Description
Quality Management Project:
•Conduct matching process and activities to support matching (Events, International Relations…)
•Ensure development of EPs through Exchange
•Ensure the quality of services delivered to EPs and returnees
•Ensure the knowledge of products and process in OGX GCDP
•OC Event: Organize event services (trainings, welcome, farewell for Eps)
•OC International relations: Set partnerships with other LC projects to ensure matching efficiency.
•Buddy manager: Keep track X pipeline and goal
Develop buddy system to ensure EP’s matching process and development
•CEM manager: Ensure quality of services delivered
In charge of quality measurement
All members of Quality Management are part of buddy system to support and deliver exchange experiences.
