Mission:

Talent Management Department in AIESEC is responsible for defining potential Change Agent, bringing them to AIESEC, developing them and managing and tracking this development.

 

History:

1. Establishment

In September 2008, AIESEC FTU HCMC was established with 4 core functions, which are TM, OGX, ICX and ER.

We can say that the development of Talent Management aligned with the growth of LC FTU HCMC since it has strong legacy and many talented members.

2. Talent Management leaders generation

Up to January 2012, there have been 4 generations of Talent Management leaders (also known as Vice president of Talent Management:

• Term 2008 -2009: Ms. Pham Bich Thuy

• Term 2009 -2010: Ms. Pham Bich Thuy

• Term 2010 -2011: Ms. Vu Thi Anh Tho

• Term 2011-2012: Ms. Tran Thi Mai Ly

• Term 2012 -2013: Ms. Nguyen Hoang Minh Thu

• Term 2013-2014: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen
