Mission:
Talent Management Department in AIESEC is responsible for defining potential Change Agent, bringing them to AIESEC, developing them and managing and tracking this development.
History:
1. Establishment
In September 2008, AIESEC FTU HCMC was established with 4 core functions, which are TM, OGX, ICX and ER.
We can say that the development of Talent Management aligned with the growth of LC FTU HCMC since it has strong legacy and many talented members.
